Visit a thorough website on Henry David Thoreau. It contains the complete text of "Civil Disobedience", a section called Walden Express to help you understand Thoreau's most famous volume quickly, and a witty section called Ask Jimmy in which students approach Jimmy with their paper topics (many from AP courses) and he gives them a nudge in the right direction.
Take a photo tour of Walden Pond. One photo was even taken 90 years ago, but most photos reveal various angles of the Pond and how it looks in various seasons.
Peruse the Official Home page of The Thoreau Society. It is still in the process of being developed, however it already has very in-depth information on Thoreau and his works and his life influences.
